    Joshua is an award-winning fashion creative director, consultant and educator. Over the past twenty years, Joshua has always excelled at the intersection of creativity and commerce, combining his talents as a writer, theater director and musician, with a penchant for marketing, retail and business. Over the past twenty years, he has developed an expertise in omni-channel, lifestyle branding, marketing and retailing, with a focus on authentic engagement between customer and brand, across a complex supply chain.

  • Christopher Lacy, COO

    Christopher is a strategic operations professional with twenty-five years of experience in retail and online business management. Combining deep industry knowledge with leadership, sales coaching, CRM data, and operational expertise to elevate brand profiles and client experience. Through leveraging data from quantitative and qualitative research he successfully developed retail and operational strategies for brands such as Gucci, Barney’s New York, Zilli, Omega, Donna Karan and Grace De Monaco.

    Phil has always been interested in creating unique content that connects people and ideas together in a way that resonates beyond the superficial, celebrating humanity and challenges the way we think. As a producer, they are continually interested in capturing stories and sharing them with the goal of educating, engaging and entertaining, no matter the project or client. Their work includes a range of projects for multi-national corporations, small businesses and celebrity clients.

  • Brit Shaked, Creative Director

    Brit is a successful tech-driven fashion and textile designer, integrating and innovating in the area of physical and digital products and AR spaces. She excels at collaboration, creating the unexpected for her clients, engaging her network of talent across, tech, music, fashion and entertainment. Most recently she facilitated a red-carpet dress on behalf of Instacart. She has worked for diverse companies such as Jordache, Walmart and threeASFOUR.

  • Gabriel Asfour, Head Designer

    Gabi is the Founder and Lead Designer of the iconic New York fashion house threeASFOUR, former ASFOUR. He has created collections and styles for stars as such as Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Bjork, Solange, Mariah Carey, Billy Porter, Mitski and Yoko Ono. He was the original designer for the Kate Spade and Sleepy Jones ready-to-wear collections. Recently, Gabi designed the Baltimore and Richmond Symphony uniforms. His pieces are currently on display at the MET Museum and V&A.

  • Kempe Scanlan, Director of Innovation

    Kempe is a design futurist at the intersection of fashion, technology and human behavior; focusing on virtual identities, digital fashion, and integrating physical and digital worlds. They are an entrepreneur with a track record of taking concepts from ideation to product launch in the area of high fashion wearables and youth behavior. They have consulted for companies such as Samsung and have taught at Parsons School of Design.

  • Luisa Herrera-Garcia, Production Specialist

    An accomplished industry professional who spearheaded the first launch of the John Varvatos Collections, resulting in the brand becoming a global leader in the luxury menswear sector. Luisa is currently the SVP of Global Sourcing for Alexander Wang. Prior to joining Alexander Wang, Luisa was the SVP of Sourcing and Operations for OTD, a brand that she supported John in launching after JV.
